When is check-in?
Check-in is at 4pm, and checkout is at 11am.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included, however, join us in Heirloom restaurant located on the 1st floor. Breakfast is offered Monday through Friday from 6:00am – 10:30am or Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am – 11:00am.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed at Hotel Monroe. There is a $75.00 non-refundable fee and 50 lbs maximum per pet with 2 dogs max. Non-refundable fees $75 (1-3 nights), $150 (4+ nights) are billed to your room upon check-in. Must be on leash at all times.

Yes, our restaurant and bar are gluten-free and offer fresh, local cuisine.
Is there free parking on property?
Paid parking is located on Walnut Street, 100 yards north of the hotel on the right in a gated parking lot. Self-parking is $20 per night.
Can I earn rewards points for staying at Hotel Monroe?
As a member of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection of boutique hotels, Hotel Monroe participates in Hilton’s Honors reward program.
How do I book my room?
The best available rates are available by booking direct at Hilton.com.
Is wifi available?
Hotel Monroe offers complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and public spaces. Connectivity information will be provided at check-in.
Does Hotel Monroe accept cash as a form of payment?
No. Hotel Monroe does not accept cash as payment for any charges. All guests must provide a valid credit or debit card for their stay, and checks are not accepted for room payments. Additionally, Heirloom Restaurant and Star Bar do not accept cash for food or beverage purchases.
